Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship using a trackable method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)

Refund Process

  • Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will provide a prepaid return label if applicable

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring proper documentation for returns

Processing Time

Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for return processing after we receive your package
  • 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may request store credit which:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
  • May be applied to sale items

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Swimwear with hygiene tags removed
  • Accessories with packaging removed
  • Gift cards
